We are a collection of incredible people (with over 50 years’ experience between us), ideas, and partners within the sports + entertainment world. Rudy Paige
Rugby and MC
A former professional rugby player and current media personality who played as a scrum-half for the South African national team. A 2007 matriculant from Hoërskool Bastion, he is now studying Business Administration at STADIO Higher Education.
His rugby journey began with captaining the SA Schools team and playing for the South Africa U20s. Professionally, he represented top teams including the Golden Lions, Blue Bulls, Cheetahs, Sunwolves, and French clubs Clermont Auvergne and RC Vannes. Rudy earned 13 Test caps for the Springboks between 2015 and 2017 and played in the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
Since retiring, he co-hosts Behind the Ruck, a podcast launched in 2023 with Juan de Jongh, featuring in-depth rugby insights and interviews with stars like Cheslin Kolbe. Rudy is also an MC and school rugby commentator, channeling his passion for sports into media. In his free time, he enjoys golf and engaging with rugby fans.
Henrich Bruiners
Professional Golfer and Coach
Heinrich Bruiners is a seasoned professional golfer on the Sunshine Tour with two
significant tour victories: his maiden Sunshine Tour title at the 2013 Vodacom Origins of Golf at Euphoria Golf Club in Modimolle and his emotional win at the 2024 Stella Artois Players Championship at Dainfern Golf Estate, where he carded an eight-under-par 64. He has over 21 top 10 finishes on the Sunshine Tour and is also a Class A PGA Professional coach.
Ajee Valentine
Managing Director
Ajee Valentine is a commercially driven executive and strategic business consultant with extensive experience across corporate governance, commercial strategy, sponsorship and rights commercialisation, live events, venue operations, project delivery, and business growth.
His career spans the sports, entertainment, infrastructure, and consulting sectors, where he has consistently bridged strategic thinking with operational excellence to deliver commercially sustainable outcomes. He has led complex projects, developed innovative commercial models, strengthened governance frameworks, and established long-term partnerships that create measurable value for organisations and stakeholders alike.
Ajee is recognised for his ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common vision, navigate complex operating environments, and transform strategic opportunities into practical, executable solutions. His experience includes working with major venues, sporting organisations, event promoters, corporate partners, public-sector entities, and private enterprises, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved without compromising operational integrity.
Throughout his career, he has remained focused on creating sustainable platforms that connect people, strengthen organisations, and unlock long-term value.
